The 2019 Georgia ITE Summer Seminar will be held at the King and Prince resort this year from July 21-24.  The King and Prince Resort is currently sold out, but other great lodging options are listed below. The conference theme this year is "Accelerating Georgia" and will showcase many of the big moves in transportation that have been made and are being made around the state.

Conference Registration:

Each attendee must register via the GAITE website. To register click the Register Now button above. If you are a member, you can login for discounted pricing using your ITE International membership number and your password. If you have forgotten your password, you can use the Forgot Username/Password link below the sign-in boxes. If you are not a member, we would still love to have you join us. Please click the Continue as a Guest box on the registration page for non-member pricing. The preferred payment method is online using our payment processer (PayPal). You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay, they just process the payment for us. If your company/agency requires paper checks be issued for expenses, follow the instructions on the registration confirmation for submitting checks.

Golf Tournament:

The Jimmy Roper Classic Golf Tournament (Sunday, 8 am to 1:30 pm) takes place at The King and Prince Golf Course – Hampton Club, 100 Tabbystone, Saint Simons Island, GA 31522. Shotgun start is at 8:30 am, lunch is provided along with revamped prizes. Please arrive by 8 am to hit some balls on the range (opens at 7:30 am for early birds).  Price is $95 per participant. 

There will be one shuttle that will leave the King & Prince on Sunday morning and one returning. The shuttle has a 12 person capacity, first come first serve.  Contact Mark Boivin ([email protected]) for more information or to reserve your shuttle spot.
