ITE GA Board of Directors is excited to announce the first annual Marr Traffic Grand Prix. This event will showcase a blend of good ole fashion racing and professional training. The event will be capped at 60 people. There will be a rotation of live on-the-track racing, operational training, and safety training. Groups of 20 will be rotated through the 3-hour event to ensure everybody gets a chance at each. The operation training will be led by the one and only Rick Ayers of the University CAT Lab. Rick will be flying to Atlanta specifically to provide training on the newest tools available from RITIS. The Safety training will encompass new developments within the safety application Numetric. There is nothing like learning how to work with safety data and trading paint on the racetrack. PDHs will be provided for each training. Lastly, the best drivers of each group will face off in a final race to determine the first-ever ITE GA Grand Prix champion. To answer your next question, yes, there will be a trophy. The event will also be catered with food and drinks.

The event is planned for September 30th, 2022 from 12:30 to 3:30 PM. The venue for the event is  K1 Speed in Duluth, GA.
