Join GAITE and Georgia Planning Association for the June Monthly Meeting, and hear from Scott Haggard, Director of Government and External Affairs, for the ATL. Scott manages government affairs and external strategic relationships of the State of Georgia's threemobility-related organizations: the new ATL (Atlanta-region Transit Link Authority), which was created to coordinate transit planning and funding across the Atlanta region; the StateRoad and Tollway Authority (SRTA), which manages Georgia's Express Lane system; and the GeorgiaRegional Transportation Authority (GRTA), the original operator of the metro area's Xpresscommuter coaches. Hear about how the organization has formed since its creation in 2018and what the plans are for the future of Atlanta transit.
